How to improve? And what to do?

It will be helpful to me whoever see this post and comments your respected opinions on my situation. I am ome of the regular corporate employees of India who is earning 3.6LPA in reputed MNC working on Java support. As I need assistance on my career and don't know where to ask, posting here . So below are the options I wanted to do but I am confused where and what to start. 1) Should I upskill more on Java only 2) Should I need to switch to any other domain like AWS, Azure, cybersecurity 3) Should I need to do any other integrated course which will be available in platforms like Upgrad. Why these options means, I need to earn a decent salary par with Industry. These are the random options in my mind and I am unable to choose one thing. Due to this I am stuck in my career and my friends are earning more than me.

Im currently working a dead end infra job (backup Admin) at one of India's largest service based company. I come from a BSc background and aam currently learning python . Want to get into backend development. Can anyone share few good pointers , what to target, what to expect ? Additional advice about stuff to learn is also welcome. Please help a brother out

Hello people, I graduated last year and joined a fast-paced startup back in july as an SDE (2023 grad). So many things have changed so far within the company. Company has closed good series B funding. The top level management has changed, my manager and colleagues resigned due to the kind of work and cultural shift and lots of work but I stood there and delivered projects (was making them from scratch). Whatever was thrown on me during this time, I took that as an opportunity and delivered that. I literally worked on 4-5 tech stacks and built complex projects from scratch with 3 members team only. Now it seems like their ask is never ending and they again want me to put in another techstack since the existing products we built are working fine and we are just maintaining it now. The culture of the company is still very good despite having lots of work though the pay is above average. I am seeing my friends around me joining another company and getting much better hikes. I also want to make a switch but deep down in my heart I have these questions coming up: 1. Should I switch before completing 2 years since it's my first job and I have spent only 1 year so far here. I really don't want to make this habit of switching again and again. 2. The kind of bonding I have made with my colleagues so far. Will I be able to get the same environment in the new company? 3. Should I join the startup again or should I target MNCs now. Because I have been building multiple complex projects for the past 1.7 years (this is my 3rd startup) from scratch and this is also getting normalized for me. Is it time to work on a scale? 4. Feel less valued sometimes. Despite delivering lots of efforts, it seems like I am not getting valued much because it's kinda hardware company and things go around that only. 5. Although, I am working on complex projects here but sometimes I feel missing out if I hear what others are doing. Should I go to a pure software based company? 6. I am not making much here to be honest despite having much better coding skills (10 base + 2.5 PB + 2.5 VP) but I am able to manage my money well despite living in Bangalore. Should I be hungry for more? I would be happy to read your opinion on these guys.

How to enter in this data sc field if you are a fresher . I have seen many comp hire only people with min 4-6 experience . Also mention companies that hire freshers where i can get a good start for my career growth . Thanks in advance 😄

Hii all I joined Infosys 6 month back but I didn't get any project yet also got training in testing but somehow I'm interested in math and Data science. I'm getting little bit confuse about my career. I would love to hear some suggestion to clear my confusion.

As a SWE having 5yoe in Java I find myself absolutely bored and done with this profile currently preparing to switch to Data Analytics domain and try to build my tech stack from there. I wanna ask how many of you successfully transitioned and what tips would you offer. Also query to managers who are interviewing such roles what are your expectations and suggestions. Any advice to help me is welcome

As a fresher I am confused on what Carrier path to take. I have 2 internship experience one was in data science and another one in ML Engeneering. So iam confused on what should I pursue. How many paths are there available like Software dev/ data analyst? Can one switch paths later after gaining some experience? Which job role will be good in few year? Can you guys shed some light on these queries?

I am B.E. - Computer Science graduated in 2019. After that I started preparing for Upsc civil services exam. I didn't clear. So I decided to pivot to corporate sector. I upskilled myself for data analyst. I have been looking for job since last 1.5 year. But I am hardly getting any interview calls. Can't understand what am I doing wrong. Please help. If any opportunities or roadmap you know. Please let me know. Please help me and tell what am I doing wrong or what should I do. O am really depressed and stressed.

Skillset : SQL, PowerBI, Python, Advance Excel, ML, Very basic Azure (Just started learning) 1.5 yrs of experience in TCS in PLSQL DB Team I am confused as to which field should I venture into, Big data or data engineering or cloud architect? I like coding but not way too much. (7 on a scale of 1 -10) I love communicating and organising/managing stuff(9 on a scale of 10) I love working with data but I dont want to be a generalist/data analyst. I would like to make good money
