Short sighted politics
Karnataka natives living in the coastal region and not speaking kannada will suffer more from the bill than the migrants living in Blr. Hamara kya, hum toh jhola leke kahin or chal denge. Natives who support the bill only see Karnataka as Blr. They aren't really considerate of their own people and they cry that the migrants are not looking after the native people's interests. This is exactly what the govt wanted. Now people are fighting among themselves and not asking govt for better roads, public transport, education, etc. let's rise above this and direct our anger towards making Blr (and India) better.
It's kinda better, atleast we will have less garbage, traffic and rent
We are well off without the migrants.

First of all the chart is wrong. This is only mother tongue representation.
Coastal regions work differently. For eg. Tulu, though they speak tulu, it doesn't have a script of its own. They all write in kannada itself. And irrespective of the mother tongue big chunk of them speak kannada.
Besides Mangalore's(coastal) kannada is the world's best form of kannada😍. It's the sweetest and softest kannada ever. Don't be a jon snow now, you know nothing.
So u just mind about either being part of the city, learn the language and become inclusive or just the get the heck out, and let Bangalore be cleaner pls.
