Pmp gets you a job ?

Question in title. I’m hiring and wondering what’s the competitive salary for a PMM role with over 5 years of experience It’s getting a little confusing to associate a value given the current inflated salaries. Any leads will help!

Based on my experience, here's what I've seen so far: PM 1 - 20-30 lakh PM 2 - 30-40 lakh SPM - 45-55 lakh What does the salary range for GPM, Director and VP look like?

How is the Product Management market in India? What should my strategy be if I want to 4x my current salary (let's say go from 7LPA to approx 30LPA) in the next 4-5 years? Is this a realistic expectation to have moving forward? With regards to my work ex; I started off my career with sales, worked for 7 months, left the job, upskilled myself a little bit and landed a product manager role. So in total I have about a year of experience (7 months in sales and rest out it as a pm). Also I have a engineerring background and have also completed my MBA, both of them from tier 2 colleges.

Does anyone have an insight on how XLRI Delhi is for PM roles? I got an admit from them so wanted to get some reviews since there's very less info available online.

Got laid off from my first product management job. Was the company’s first APM hire and built 70% of their client facing features from 0 to 1. As an early PM with 2 years of product experience (3+ if you throw in analytics roles I’ve done before), what will be a good fit role for me? I’ve narrowed them down to 3 1. PMM 2.PM-1 3. Founders office roles Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of going into each role after a long APM stint (slightly less than 2 years, was their walking GPT for every tec-product-business thing they did, also was informally managing 3-4 people)

I have 4 YOE as sde (react/vue) and trying to get product management roles. I'm at 15LPA currently. What should I expect if i (hopefully) get a pm/APM job?
