How many escalations have you had , I'm on 2. Working on two projects simultaneously and I'm just behind on both of those , I'm a fresher , I told my manager that I don't have bandwidth but he said that take responsibility and finish it? I don't know what to do anymore ?

Creative ways of solving problems- make it a bigger problem.
Identify some problem in the tasks. Ask for suggestion from the manager. Most likely, he would never come back. Buy some time for yourself.
