Layoff the operations and lower salaries, have a party for the rest of team for saving the company, feel happy and boast about the sacrifices they had to make. After few days or maybe weeks, think about the actual cost cutting but can’t do that now after the big party boasting of possible profitability. Point to be notes - the high cost incompetent senior “leadership” is still here and don’t know the basics of work or even turn up at work.
