When will job market recover?

Since the start of this month, I have been applying for different opportunities but haven't received a response from any of them. I am currently a backend developer with 3.5 years of experience at a Fortune 30 company and have been promoted for two consecutive years. I also don't want to use referrals right now because I'm completely unprepared. If you are in job hunt please share your experience.

I am trying to switch since last 2 months using naukri, instahyre, linkedin and cutshort and have only gotten calls from WITCH companies and other small service companies. Is job market really that bad or do I lack the tech to get an interview at a decent product company? Does instahyre even work? Not a single call or view by recruiters I have almost 8 years exp and tech stack is java, rest API, kafka, weblogic etc.

8 interviews, 2 case studies and over 25 hours of time spent for one role....Finally rejected. Give me some hope folks

why is the job market so bad these days? Trying to switch since Feb. Is it across all domains? Recruiters are going cold after 2-3 rounds. What can be a plausible reason?

I’m a digital marketing job where my manager was fired a week before. Now they have moved me under another person for reporting but he is so bossy and attitudes and mainly he never understands marketing. He is more of an operation guy. Life is getting toxic under him as for each and everything need to explain a lot and he gives me random other work which is not relevant to me and takes time.. just after my old manager went, I’m spending like 12-14 hours everyday.. too much off mental stress.. Also the founder believes him more than anyone in company. So I’m planning to resign immediately, I don’t have any job offer and so far just giving interview in 2 company’s since last week but I guess it will take more time to get a job as market scenario is not good.. I’m ok to take a hit for 1-2 month for now as resigning immediately and just focus on getting a better job. So need your thoughts and opinion on this..

I have close to 2 years of work exp at a boutique investment bank, I'm trying to make a switch and till date I haven't gotten a single call back, it's been few weeks now, just wanted to understand if this is how the process is or there's something wrong with the market rn?

Hi Grapes, I am looking for a job in a product role .I do have a kind of 3 plus years of early stage product building experience but was laid off last year .It's been a tiring journey since then ,trying my best to get a job in the current market but interview calls are not coming ,if they come they are taking one or two rounds and then HR ghosts without any update.Trying my luck here too , if anyone is hiring would love to connect .Anyone facing a similar situation can contribute their thoughts .
