A friendly reminder for the weekend and beyond: breathe, there's no rush!
Just sharing for everybody. I personally meditate every now & then or do NSDR. Since I started this practice, I'm baffled at how anxious/in a rush I used to be about everything.
Examples:
- Wake up in the morning, be in a rush to take a get ready
- Be in a rush to book Uber, anxiously looking at my phone
- Would get done with lunch/dinner in 5-10 mins, sometimes not even appreciating what had been made
It's gotten much better. But I feel this happens with too many of us. Please, just take a moment of calm. Breathe. The world will move with or without you, you need to find your calm.
