A person's fitness level influences how infeasible tasks of daily living become as they age

Work/Life/Play/Sleep whatever. Noticing a massive improvement in sleep quality after getting all black sun blocking curtains. Especially considering the stress from work that is making me die on the inside, getting some sleep is a respite.

The people I see running are people who are physiologically built for running, particularly the distance runners. Ditto for people who ride bicycles, swim, do cross fit, etc. The form of exercise invariably chooses the person rather than the other way around. Those who excel will generally be the ones whose physical make up “fits” the exercise best. It is not a matter of mental toughness or preparation or anything else: running likes runners, swimming likes swimmers, and strength training likes strong people. What about you?

5 days of periods every month, then you may fall ill sometimes, then you are plain lazy (coz humans) Just so difficult to keep at it every. single. day. Not saying women have it difficult (we do), but how do you push yourself everyday to keep fit I personally try to not keep skip 2 days in a row, unless aforementioned reasons

Will most of the people will lose their job because of age factor? Younger workforce will throw out most of the 40s workers?

I've been trying to actively avoid Social media platforms for the past few years but spending time here feels much more productive and useful compared to most others (bakchodi and comedy is bonus ofc). Anyone else in the same boat? 😂

For the last 2 months I have been trying to go to the gym and take care of my health but every week something or the other comes up and I'm working more than 14+ hrs sometimes. 12 hrs is average. Every time something is going on in my mind around my work or performance or layoffs and a lot of things. I'm frustrated. Can somebody tell me what should be the best way to handle this? Because of this I have high anxiety and also not getting proper time for personal life. I also feel a lot demotivated sometimes , thinking that why I'm working till 2am and for what?

I have to travel from Kochi to Bangalore every two weeks or so. Due to this constraint, I'm not able to join any gyms be at Bangalore or Kochi. And i have recently noticed that my fitness is becoming really weak. Also since I'm traveling homely food is not possible. Is anyone else going through the same stuff? Can you give me a few suggestions to handle this issue. Also, I'm staying at a backpacker hostel. They don't have treadmill or any other equipments here. Thanks.
