Go with ISL, there will be bunch of opportunities for you to learn and grow. Consulting is more client facing so your learning will be dependent on the client you will be working for.

I have got an offer from IBM ISL and its just around 15% more than my current company. I am having around 5 yr experience and around 18 LPA. Should I try out thos oppurtunity?  . Currently I am in Infosys and ISL is produc based company

I was told if i quote a higher salary i might get rejected and they
inderectly forced me to say 20 LPA. I feel like that is low. What to do now.

I am a iOS developer with 5YOE and currently cannot decide what should i learn next. Dilemma between flutter and react native because I’ve just heard - flutterUI is nice and easy to reload than react native but then react native has job opportunities more than flutter.

Also what can be better to learn in next.. say 6-8 months?
