Has anyone given IBMs machine coding round through hackerrank? It's been more than a week since my round is over and I have successfully submitted answers but yet no response from them. Anyone else facing this issue?? IBM folks can you please shed some light on this topic?

I went through 2 tech interviews and an hr discussion. After the hr discussion it's been 4 Weeks now, and I have not received the offer letter. The status of the application shows "decision Pending". Is this normal for infosys to make such delays in giving offer letter. What should I do?

I applied to IBM around 10-14 days back. I got a call from their HR department asking my details like my current CTC, role in my present company, and notice period. After that, there has been no contact from their end. 
Is there some way to see or track my IBM application status? How long does it usually take to hear from the HR for an interview? Should I hold on to the hope, or should I give up? 
This whole stress is too much for me.

I have attended final round of interview 7 days back in Accenture for Program management lead and did not get any notification yet. If I was not selected I think I might get a mail. I checked with the HR as well they said they have haven’t got any feedback yet. I am confused whether it was rejected or position was on hold or how much time it will take?  . Recently I've given an interview for rounds 1 at a company and after the round I asked the company for the feedback of the same, post that the recruiter is not lifting the calls and not even replying to mails, is this thing common for companies whose hiring process takes longer?

Had the first round with HPE VP (Product). For senior PM role where the candidate should have experience with building data pipeline and data tools. 

I have the same. The interview went well. I spoke about how i helped business building the pipelines and platforms. While discussing, i said that i once in a while code as well. 

Later i found that i was rejected. Not able to comprehend, what went wrong here. Can someone share your thoughts?

Recently started giving interviews and cleared a few rounds in a couple of companies. I never heard back from any of them even if I felt the interviews went well. Very frustrated because of this as I fail to understand how difficult is it to just reject or send a rejection email if they don't want to hire. I understand that companies have 100s of candidates in their pipeline but it's so frustrating to not even get any rejection mail and get stuck in a limbo.

Recently came across many openings for designers at IBM iX. Even applied through referrals, but no communication from the company yet. Hey devs , i am 2023 grad from tier 3 college , 1.3+ yoe in cloudops ,fully remote ,8 LPA , got placed in campus .


So i have been trying to switch and been appling to multiple companies ,no luck ,didn't even got a single call from HR.
So i was looking which company i have applied the most number of times ,and it was JPMC .
Literally applied 16 times in 3 years national & international location , lmaao never got a test link or anything.
Same with Amazon ,applied like 10 times in 4 years  , American express same ,  servicenow,salesforce, Western digital ,meesho , autodesk,myntra etc .


My reusume ATS Score is 81on resumeworded website,
have solved 250+ leetcode questions but anyways i never got the chance to showcase my skills lmaao .




Its seems like luck is not on my side or its my bad time going on ,life is funny and life is quite uncertain😄

I have got an offer from IBM ISL and its just around 15% more than my current company. I am having around 5 yr experience and around 18 LPA. Should I try out thos oppurtunity?  . Currently I am in Infosys and ISL is produc based company
