Abuse of power by senior management at work!
For the 1st year in organization, my peers tried to hurt me by insulting in public/ group meetings. When I reported the incidents to my leader he assured he will do something but nothing was done. After waiting patiently for 2 months and seeing increasing attacks from peers via other modes I reported the incident to the HR. Please share your comments if I did the right thing or not ?

Kids born after 95 are are cry babies. Every single thing and they would go report and expect an solution. Thinking this is the effect of the American TV sitcoms. All those police drama they see and they think that it happens in real life too.
When will these snowflakes get into reality?
Funny but true.
It's a bit of a broad brush, but largely true. Individual & social coping mechanisms dilute with economic progress.

With all due respect, age has nothing to do with the incident mentioned above.

Move out my friend. It is needlessly adding stress to an already difficult job (assuming you are a manager). If your peers are hostile, it will damage your growth prospects a lot.

I am thinking the same. The only thought that holds me back is that I am innocent and I am being mistreated.
Solution for bullying is to bully. Even if it is your manager, assert dominance

How ? This manager has not performed his managerial duties ever but right now he is getting support from upper management whom I have no exposure or transparency to

Be specific. What did they do?
