Accenture wtf!

Disclaimer based on real incident! So i was part of accenture for 4 years and last to last year I left accenture when evryone in IT was exploring but last month I saw one of my friend working in same project posted about some vacancies I asked her for the referral. I was confident as it was the same project worked for 4 years knew evryone the interview was taken by one of my ex colleagues( it was a fair interview) even my ex AM was confident and due to current hiring process which is messed up . I had to wait for like 3 weeks for my manager round it finally happened it was so good so good that i started expecting HR call later one day i got an email that someone else is hired for that vacany. I was like WTF happend i discussed with my frnd and ex AM no one has idea what is happened and whats going on. After multiple follow ups and discussion now i gave up hope. Being accenture a well reputed company what happened to the hiring process? Also there is no clarity and transparency. If any HR is reading whats your thoughts ?

First of all why you want to come back to same place you left. Look your AM was being sweet to you. But when in final.round HR must have came to know you are coming back leaving the same place , they should have formed the opinion that you must have been given advantage and that's why

Okay i had a different reason for coming back when i left the accenture i needed money and the Opportunity i got was fair my reason at tht time was personal there was not grudge n all. Thats still is my reputation the hiring was for a different project and my interview was fair it was purely technical. I had 4 years of experience of the project for the same client it will give them this is utter bullshit they give me advantage.

HR already knew i was ex accenture before she schedule my first round. If that was the case they should’nt schedule any round and not waste my or their time.

Applied to Adobe for MTS2 got a rejection mail saying we have rejected your profile for computer scientist 2. Never applying to Adobe again. Applied to innovacer got a rejection mail from an self entitled HR with BBA degree from Amity. Your resume is not good enough.

Hi all, My job request ID is changing continuously in Accenture. What does it mean? I have appeared for 2 technical interviews till now and am getting calls for the HR round but not receiving any email invite and my Job request ID has changed for the 3rd time now. Sharing my worst interview experience with Accenture...last week HR scheduled an interview but panel did not join. They called me day after and rescheduled interview. Again this time...same happened...I waited for 25 mins and left the meeting as panel did not join. Trying to contact HR but no response. All the efforts and time candidate put into interview are of no value to them😑.

I am seeing lots of jobs post on LinkedIn from various companies and when u apply to them there is no call back or any update from them. I am now like confused if those post are even true or not? Anyone face/observe this
