Advice Needed: Job Offer Dilemma as a Tier three clg

I received an offer with average pay but from a good, growing startup. The role is exactly what I want, and the team consists of very good, brilliant people from Tier 1 and 2 institutes, while I am a Tier 3 institute student. Considering the current market situation and the fact that I don't have any prior internship or work experience, I got the offer based on my technical skills. What should I do? Should I go for it? The on-campus placement companies are nowhere near as good as this one.

One of my friends got an offer during campus placements with a good base pay, later his offer was postponed without clear doj, now he got another offer after 8 months of struggle with a very low salary, now he is getting calls from different startups tho they are good paying companies due to his lower pay rn they are not willing to pay much, what should be the better option he should follow ? He is very good enough in tech among all of us and he is from tier 1 college...

Hello I'm 22F a 4th year student from a tier 3 college. I got placed on campus in a very small scale startup for 6.5 lpa but the internship period was of 9 months at 15k per month in blr. Now they have announced that they won't be giving PPO to us. My internship is ending in March 2024 before that I need to get into a new job. But all the openings are low paying i.e. 3 or 4lpa jobs and I'm in doubt with my DSA skills. I need someone who can mentor me on this path. I've worked on mostly Java, Springboot, Automation testing and C++. How should I prepare along with my internship in this 2 months?

Hi everyone recently got job offer. And here is the what I'm getting. Is it good. Job role : SDE1 Tech stack : Nodejs, React, AWS, DevOps CCTC: 6.5 all fixed Offer CTC : 8 fixed + 4 L ESOP + 1 to 1.5 performance bonus Is it worth it. I will be getting another offer 8.5 fixed. How to negotiate for that. It's is first switch and I was laid off in Feb. I'm moderately good at problem solving and have LC : 1600+ CF : 1450+ Please share your view. I'm really open for suggestions. Thanks in advance.

I interview at many startup and they are expecting too much from 6 months experience candidate. I am in between of offer from Deloite but they are only paying (11 lpa fix). What shall i do? According to market shall i take a downball or need to keep patience?

I have 5 YOE in Android with product based companies. current compensation 18.5 fixed 2 variable 4 ESOPs. I just got an offer for 24 fixed, 1 Joining Bonus after 3 months. What do you guys think of it? I'm trying for more offers right now. what do you guys think of the offer, should I take up, should I reject? My expectations were atleast 27 fixed.

This opportunity came through a connection who holds a senior position in the company. Currently, I'm employed at an early-stage startup with a small team, working on a great product, with a package of 10LPA. The story behind this: I was laid off from my previous company due to their financial issues. At that time, I informed my manager to keep me in mind for any future opportunities. Subsequently, I joined a smaller startup with a 20% increase in salary as a SDE 1. I am happy with my work-life balance and satisfied with my role in building a successful product with a substantial customer base. Recently, my previous manager, now in a senior position at a mid-sized startup, referred me for a role. Although my second-round interview didn't go perfectly, I've been offered the position based on his positive feedback, and they are offering me a base salary of 14LPA. I have responsibility in my current company and my resignation will effect their timeline. also i don't want to ruin my connection with my manage also who offered me the new job. I'm uncertain about what decision to make. Any advice?

One of my friends, who is highly talented and an adept competitive programmer, recently received an offer from "Tech Mahindra" with a package of 3.25 LPA and a 2.5-year service bond. Given the current tough economic climate, should he accept this offer or wait and prepare for better opportunities? Additionally, if anyone can refer him to opportunities in their current company, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help and insights!
