Advice on next steps post acquistion

I have 1.5 YoE as a frontend developer in an early stage startup. I need help with deciding where do I go from here? Do I deep dive into frontend? Do I try to move to full stack? Things to consider: - I am from a non CS background - frontend in India seems to be a bit saturated, especially for entry/mid level roles. I'd appreciate your advice, thanks :)

I have been working in this startup for around 1.5 years now, and soon I am going to be the only developer here, as the other 2 devs are going to leave soon. The company is now calling me to Bangalore. I am thinking as there will be no devs my growth will be very less, as this is my first organisation after graduation. But looking at the market situation it feels like I should just continue with the current org. I am not sure what to do. YoE; 1.5 year CTC: 9 LPA Saving: 1LPA

I’m currently a Frontend Senior Software Engineer. Mainly my work resolves around optimising web performances. Lately, I’ve feeling very unmotivated as I feel like I’m wasting my potential in my current company even though the work here is not entirely bad. Need some advice on how to handle this scenario and if switching to a bigger better company would help. If so how do I prepare for FANG level frontend interviews?

I am a software engineer with 3 years of experience .For the first two initial years I was working as a QA in one of the good product companies with a very sorted work life balance . I had recently switched to a BE role in a startup I am very much lagging behind here because of my QA background ,the people here are very much talented and are great problem solvers .How do I reach that level ? I have been struggling to keep up with the pace here and finding it difficult to approach the tasks,even though i have been giving so much of time to work . And the TL in my team have a certain amount of expectations and hence they don't help according to that .(which i feel is fair) How should I approach this and level up here Anyone with a similar background and story please share your experience :) Any advice would really help

I joined industry as a front-end engineer back in April, 2022 and now i am feeling like expanding my horizon of skills and start doing backend. Also, I am hearing it from people that there is not much growth in FE in terms of compensation. So, curious to know the views of people here and would be great if someone can guide through. Been working with a pre series A level startup for about 3 years being my first job. Paid about 20-25lpa for a full stack role. Engineering + product team is still single digit strength as we are not pureplay tech company. Had a great learning because of a good manager and 0-1 kind of work we did but I am starting to feel stagnated because of following reasons 1. We don't have anything like SDE1, 2 etc because there are very few devs. 1 manager and everyone else is an SDE. The company doesn't intend to hire more for at least an year.. so i won't see any title level promotion or any role that feels senior despite being around for a while 2. Salary. Want to know if I am behind the standard pay because i belong to tier 1.5ish college. Big tech seems to pay more for 3yrs workex as usually people become sde2 by then

As a fresher in an IT company working as a backend developer, I am really confused with how to proceed ahead for growth in my career. I have two options : 1.Learn Frontend and be Full stack dev 2. Move to devops I need advice which would be more feasible and why. Keeping interests aside as of now since I would be new to both domains. Any new ideas or domains are also welcomed!
