Age 25 and earning 1 lakh/month in MNC.

Currently I am working in an MNC with 2.5 yr experience. My CTC is around 8LPA. I am planning to switch and how much hike can I ask during the switch based on the current market scenario??

Hi everyone I was a professional sports person till 2015 and now working in the corporate sector in product development & product marketing domain. I currently earn 20l p.a. and I am currently in my 3rd company which is in the banking sector. Started off my career in 2011 as System Administrator at 5000 INR. By the time I left it in 2012, I had reached 10000INR. Moved to a metro city and started working for a client based MNC at 3L per Annum. After working for 2yrs I had reached at 3.3L INR per annum. Switched job to another city at 9L per annum. I joined as Senior position. Since then I am working at same place and same team. I have grown from Senior position to Managerial position. Salary grew from 9L to 56L INR. I would like to know from your folks, is it a good growth?

I'm a software professional making 50LPA in India. Getting offers from Germany, Spain for 100000 euros per year. What should I choose? Relocating to Europe or stay back in India? How are savings in European countries compared to India? I know quality of life will be better in Europe. But is it true that you feel alone there (being away from family)?
