What should one prepare for an Agoda SPM interview?
Any pointers?
Is the interview process over for you or are you still interviewing? Please share some details, I’m also interviewing with them.
I just gave the numerical reasoning assessment yesterday and it went decent. Any ideas as to by when can I expect the interview call? Also, could you please provide info on the number of stages in the process.
I had one recruiter screening round and the next round is scheduled for next Friday. There’s lot of space between between 2 rounds as their interviews have limited bandwidth. There could be anywhere between 4-8 rounds.
First is the recruiter screening round where they would understand your work experience and why you want to join Agoda. Also, your expectations in terms if the compensation. Then they would send you a link for an online assessment. This is followed by 4 interview rounds. All have the same format. Each round is 1 hour long having introduction, behavioural questions followed by a case study. Every round is an elimination round. Some examples of the behavioural questions are - tell me about a time when you failed. What did you do? Examples of case studies - how would you improve Agoda homes
They are very heavy on metrics. You need to be able to define success metrics and guardrail metrics for ambiguous problems.
