Am I weird for not being interested in going onsite?
I don't know. I never felt much intimidated by the thought. Is it just me like, am I being ignorant of its benefits?
Don’t buy the onsite crap. I moved away from TCS and rejected on site. Never regretted it once. Whereas I am still in touch with few folks who went there.
The only difference between onsite and off shore is you are poor in a different country.
