Amazon or Flipkart: which is best?
Hey, shoppers, help me out here. Which website has better quality products - Amazon or Flipkart? I have noticed that amazon has more expensive products, but are they better in quality? Also, many people complain about the customer service of Flipkart. So, I am very confused. I want to buy some furniture and home decor items, btw.
Amazon hands down, Flipkart is so dumb, worst.
There is no competition in fact
Both Amazon and Flipkart are well-known online retailers in India. But, for shopping which one is a better option? Here are some factors that you should consider when buying products from Amazon and Flipkart.
- Product Range: From clothing, books, household necessities and electronics to groceries, both Amazon and Flipkart are praised. However, due to global reach, Amazon tends to have exposure to a vast range of brands than Flipkart.
- Delivery and Shipping: While Amazon uses ATS (Amazon Transportation Services), Flipkart uses Ekart as its delivery partner. The Prime members of Amazon can expect faster delivery than other customers. However, there are many brands which do not have the COD (cash on delivery) option which is still quite a prevalent payment method in India, which Ekart Logistics provides.
- Customer Service: Well, honestly, both retailers have well-defined customer service. The UI is easy-to-understand and raising queries is not an issue in either of the cases.
There is no definite answer to which is better between Amazon and Flipkart. If you’re looking for a product and you find it in both places, just check the brands and prices. Check which one is offering better deals and quality, go through a few reviews and make your decision.
