If you talk to someone from amazon they will probably say remain in TI😂

I don't think you should decide on basis of work life balance alone. 
 If I was in your place I would emphasise more on the quality of work and how much I get to learn. 
 If you like the work at your current org maybe changing companies won't make sense

 Reasoning behind my hypothesis is - In TI, you might be working on embedded or some business application. In short, not a direct/major revenue generation for TI. The scope of direct revenue contribution work would be higher at Amazon.

TI anyday. Amazon is a toxic sh*thole with PIP and backstabbing culture. Even if you work day and night, they will inevitably PIP you in 2-3 years due to some politics

Amazon definitely. The promotions tag Exposure and everything will be better and growth would also be more in Amazon. You must not worry about work life when you are fresher.

If compensation is same, anything anyday over Amazon.

Which TCS location is best for freshers?

Guys a friend working there told me Kotak Bank is going to cut approx 20 percent of the workforce across all departments. They have already started revoking offer letters. Also they will not be giving increments and bonuses. Tough times ahead. Anyone bearing things from established companies.

I am open to both development and data roles, whichever offers more growth and opportunities in future as both the the packages are similar with minute differences

I'm working with a very well performing startup in India - and there is a scope for me to join Amazon Luxembourg - but the role being offered is a FTC (contract for 12 months).
Now picking up a contract role and leaving my full time job in India is a dilemma that I'm not able to resolve. I've been told that performing well in amazon generally results in conversion to full time roles, or contract extensions converting into full time roles.
The guy pushing my profile is a good friend/senior and will be a level above in the same team with me.

I know it's a bit difficult to answer questions like this - but having all the context - what would you have done ?

Background - 5 years of exp in analytics in startups in India. Earning 40+ LPA. 
Salary being offered in Amazon Lux - 85-95k EUR
