What would be the appropriate base pay for engineering manager at amex for 15yrs exp in Bangalore?

Hi all, I got offer from American Express (Engineer 2) and wanted to know about tech stack , learning, growth, work culture. My main requirement is to work on good project and learn java related tech stack. Please suggest if amex is good option to join

So after 2-4 rounds of interview rounds, I got LOI from Deloitte USI. They are giving 14 fixed + Variables.(0-10%) Is this good or got low balled. Offered role: Java Microservice Consultant. Exp: Almost 4yrs Current CTC: 9.2 LPA.

Hi everyone I have been interviewed by a consultancy for amex for product Analyst (one round) and I have been selected . For a 6month contract which can be extended to one year as per the final interview and performance. And they are offering quite a lucrative package for it . The JD they shared doesn't provide specifics about job roles and technologies used in job. I am quite confuse as to what are there expectations and should I join or not i have around 2 yrs of exp . Pls suggest

Hi folks, does anyone know the SDE salary range with 6 years of experience in software engineering? I am applying for jobs and need to put the expected salary. Current CTC: 44 LPA. All fixed. Esops: 20 LPA. YOE: 6 Current designation: SDE 3.

Joined the startup as a fresher and currently have spent around 2.5Y. Relevant experience in BD is nearing two years. Current CTC is 12LPA with designation being Senior Associate. Please suggest if designation and CTC is at par with relevant folks.

Hi everyone recently got job offer. And here is the what I'm getting. Is it good. Job role : SDE1 Tech stack : Nodejs, React, AWS, DevOps CCTC: 6.5 all fixed Offer CTC : 8 fixed + 4 L ESOP + 1 to 1.5 performance bonus Is it worth it. I will be getting another offer 8.5 fixed. How to negotiate for that. It's is first switch and I was laid off in Feb. I'm moderately good at problem solving and have LC : 1600+ CF : 1450+ Please share your view.
