Don't be in delusion no startups do that, it's the environment that pushes you to understand that you have to learn everything on your own, you should seek a manager who is supporting and mature, that's it.and that if you are lucky otherwise look for experience in what you want to do, if not decided then explore. It's a long process. Apply on internshala and y combinator, and many other I forgot where they provide for internship. Apply like crazy but well crafted resume. Time spend on how to craft a resume is tedious but pays off. Goodspeed
