Mentoring and helping talent to grow? Don't be in delusion no startups do that, it's the environment that pushes you to understand that you have to learn everything on your own, you should seek a manager who is supporting and mature, that's it.and that if you are lucky otherwise look for experience in what you want to do, if not decided then explore. It's a long process. Apply on internshala and y combinator, and many other I forgot where they provide for internship. Apply like crazy but well crafted resume. Time spend on how to craft a resume is tedious but pays off. Goodspeed

If I need to get job training is it better to join some Institute or a company
Because few working individuals told me join startups you get to learn a lot
Now my focus is on learning and gaining experience more than the salary
