Any side income earners here?

Have you worked/working on something that earns you additional income over your salary? What do you do? Why do you do it? How was the journey? Do you enjoy it? Is your work aware of it? How much do earn from it? I will start with myself. I worked on reverse engineered camera for Android devices, for 2 years, I did it because there was no camera for my phone with custom rom that used all the features of the hardware at the time I started the project, It started with an insult on a noob question XDA. At the end of two years it had downloads over 10K. It got famous in related communities. I even got a phone from the OEM for further development. Made a lot of friends Indian as well as international. It was fun for an year. After 2 years it become a game of cat and mouse. The manufacturer took steps to make my efforts to unlock features on older devices difficult. I lost motivation. Felt a lot like unpaid labour. Got tired about bug reports. My bosses were aware of it. Earned around 1.5L from donations and ad revenue. Now I am trying indie game development.

Motivate oneself to start second income

Hi all, I almost mid 30s and been in Bangalore for 2.5 years. I believe I must build a steady second income in the next 6/7 years. Dont get me wrong , i like working - and intend to do that for as long as I can , but my new employment choices may decrease with time. Yet , have no idea what I want to do. I like technical work but am not insanely intelligent - just average. Would want some feedback on how to motivate myself. I have some self diagnosed weaknesses * I am not unpleasant to talk to - but dont make or interested in making a lot of friends and interacting with people (still have not made any new friends here) Lazy definitely :)

I just got laid from from the current company and looking a job as a creative designer , most of the companies are adding Video creator in the JD , i mostly work on 2D designs and digital sketching, every company I checked are asking for a graphic designer + video editor . Is this normal among mid companies ?

How to earn around 30-40k rupees in a month without a regular job?

Hey peeps, Is there anyone who is earning money without a regular job. My skill set is programming, mostly making ( apps and web apps) personal projects nowadays. I am trying to get a job as a software engineer, but most of the companies are trying to lowball and give max 10 lpa (some might say it is a good package in the current market, but with all due respect it might be good for you but not for me). i have around 1 year experience. So, i am going to code and build projects but I also need money for my basic expense That's why I am seeking help/advice on earning Money without a regular job with any digital skill and also open to other skillsets that don't require digital skills.
