Anybody working Alight solutions

Does anybody working in Alight solutions? It looks like it is payroll company for health care industry, is it same level as other fintech companies? How are salaries there and WLB.

NPCI is doing some fantastic work in the payments space how is it as an employer. How is the work culture there ?
