Anyone Hiring freshers?

Hello viners! I'm a 2022 B.Tech graduate from Tier-3 college. I worked in a MNC for 5 months after that they terminated me and most of my colleagues I worked as a full stack developer trainee and also I have another offer in MNC but My offer has been delayed so I'm looking for software engineering opportunities, both full-time or internship would do. I'm creating this post for people who are hiring freshers and for freshers who are looking for opportunities including me. I request people who have any leads to put it in the comments (startups are most welcomed). There are a lot of guys like me who are struggling so please take some time out and help us. Hey guys, I'm stuck in an MNC currently without any real world project for almost half an year now. I've been building projects on my own and looking for a switch. Since, situation in the market is a little tight, I'm hardly finding any non internship opportunities for freshers. Kindly let me know of any sources or any suggestions on how to move on from here. Seeing my friends getting fired from FAANG co. and still not get any other offer makes me more disheartened. Please help.

My younger brother is a 2022 engineering passed out. He got placed at Atos in 2022 via college placement. He waited for almost a year for them to call but they never did. And they dropped a bomb saying his offer was rescinded. He did a 2 month internship at a small consulatancy startup and he is constantly trying to get a job but no one wants to hire a fresher. Also, being a graduate from Tier 2 institution is not helping either. Appreciate, if anyone could share any open opportunities for SDE which would accept freshers. They have deferred the dates to God knows which date by estimating it to the last quarter of the year . The offer letter was sent the previous year a day after the interviews after 1 year they are letting us know about the date being deferred . They should have informed us earlier now there's no chance to sit back in placements.
