Hi All,

Recently I got an offer from Accenture ( Kolkata location) in Data & AI vertical. I was interviewed in tech stacks like GenAI, AI&ML. Currently I am working in Deloitte USI and have around 6.5 yrs of experience. I am up for promotion as well but my promotion was denied this year. Not sure what will happen next year.

I want to know how's the project in this vertical and job security, wlb in Accenture. Also in the offer letter variable component is mentioned from 0-27%. How's the variable scenario in Accenture. Need your honest opinions. Accenture is giving me 25LPA fixed. Is it a wise option to switch?

I have job offers coming from Accenture. However, I don't know why, I don't feel attracted or pulled towards that firm for some reason. 

My mind somewhere sees it as a company that is inferior to Deloitte or any other Big Fours, and if I'm switching I would always go for something at a same level or higher than Deloitte. Maybe that mentality is what is causing this. 

People who have been through Accenture or are a part of Accenture. I need your personal opinion about this company, and maybe that will help clear out any wrong notions I have in my mind.

I have around 4.5 yrs of experience and received two offers, EPAM systems and Deloitte USI.

Tech stack - AEM with Java development 

EPAM offers better compensation compared to Deloitte. 

Which one would be good, according to you guys?

Hi, I have recently made a move from Acn ATCI to S&C as a Management Consulting Analyst which I'm happy about but as this was an internal movement I didn't get any hike or change in the Pay. Hi, i have DI offer in hand and cleared DUSI interview i am supposed to complete PHT for DUSI there is a question "Have you ever submitted an employment application to any deloitte india offices, its affiliates, or related entities in last six months?" i really want to join USI what do i do in this situation? can i discuss this with the Deloitte USI recruiter? if anyone was in the same situation as me what did you guys do?

Hi I am currently working as an ASE in accenture I have 2 years of experience but the thing is I am in project bench these whole 2 years… So I learnt .Net technology and had attended few interviews and got selected in deloitte with 8lpa package so is it a good idea to switch because I don’t have real time experience ? The kind of low balled the offer and its not great, also they want WFO and relocation.
