Yes.. because you are getting 50% hike .which u will not get even after staying in Infosys for 3 years . You have another chance to switch after 2 years even if there is no hike at Accenture

Can I ask for 60-70% of fixed hike which is around 22.5 L - 23.5 L fixed or even more ?

I have good ratings, RSU and decent work life balance in Infosys. Is it worth it to switch? Is the role offered in Accenture good as per my current role?

I received an offer from Accenture today with the following breakdown:

	•	Fixed: 9.4 LPA
	•	Variable: 1.97 LPA (21%)
	•	Total CTC: 11.3 LPA
	•	Level: 10

Currently, I’m working at TCS with a CTC of 7.9 LPA (1 LPA variable) and have 2.5 years of experience.

Would you recommend accepting the offer from Accenture or staying with TCS? Any advice on this would be really helpful!

Story here:
I left earlier previous company due to I want to gain more experience in new technology and get some hands in development. During that period also they tried to retain but more than package I concentrated to gain more hands in Development. Now once again I'm not happy with my current company which is accenture, as so much politics, upon being so much dedication didn't receive any hike or promotion since 2.5 years , so I'm getting again opportunity to work in my previous company. Recently I got an offer from Accenture ( Kolkata location) in Data & AI vertical. I was interviewed in tech stacks like GenAI, AI&ML. Currently I am working in Deloitte USI and have around 6.5 yrs of experience. I am up for promotion as well but my promotion was denied this year. Not sure what will happen next year.

I want to know how's the project in this vertical and job security, wlb in Accenture. Also in the offer letter variable component is mentioned from 0-27%. How's the variable scenario in Accenture. Need your honest opinions. Accenture is giving me 25LPA fixed. Is it a wise option to switch?

I really need some expert advice. I'm currently working at EY GDS as a Senior Consultant in SAP EWM, with a fixed salary of 22.4 LPA. I have good work and a good work-life balance. I've received an offer to switch to Accenture Strategy as a Management Consultant with a fixed salary of 32 LPA. Is it advisable to move to Accenture Strategy, considering Accenture hasn't given any salary hikes in the past two years and their variable pay isn't as competitive compared to EY GDS?

I would like your input on whether it’s a good decision to join Accenture Strategy as a Management Consultant. I have 6 years of experience in SAP EWM and currently work at EY GDS with a CTC of 22.4 LPA plus a 10% variable. Accenture Strategy has offered me 34 LPA fixed, which totals 43 LPA with the variable component. However, I am aware that the variable pay at Accenture might not be reliable. Based on the fixed 34 LPA, would you recommend making the switch?

I need some advice making a critical decision,I recently received an offer from PWC and after my negotiation HR told me that 35 percentage of hike on my base pay is the best she can do and this take it leave offer .I took it but now my current company Accenture is ready to match this offer few people at top level are willing to offer me same as part of promotion what I will be getting in PwC will it be wise to switch to PWC even if they are able to match my offer with PWC?
