Need Suggestion

I'm working as an Analyst in Accenture, recently I got an offer from Infosys with a 40% hike. Should I go for it?

Apart from factor mentioned above it depends on various other reasons What position Infosys offering you?
How long have you been on this CL in Accenture? What are your chances of pramotion? your yoE? Is it your 1st switch?

JL4 in Infosys, 3.5 years with Accenture, No chance of promotion until next 2 years

Okay, JL4 has two levels A And B check which one you are joining mostly A it will again take 2-3 years to get promoted to B and then to JL 5 which is team lead (CL 9 in Accenture)

Infosys as an organisation is great but your pramotion and hike will be dependent on your Tech, sector, Team and then You so
But the pros here are High chance of getting 100% variable Pay

cons - less side benifits like WFH setup 18K Health products 5K etc

I switched from Infy to Accenture with 4 yr exp from JL4 A to cL 10 so that was hike pluse pramotion

Hope this will help you to choose wisely Best wishes

Are you under paid at Accenture? It may make sense to switch if the role is good, otherwise Accenture is a better brand and company.

I'm not underpaid at Accenture but to reach 40% hike in my basepay, it will take me approx 2 years

Bhai , don't come to Infy . 3 saal se hike ka koi namo nishan nai hain idhar. That 40% hike you are getting, after this don't expect any salary correction for the next 2 years. Upar se there is heavy layoffs and PIP happening across the company. If monetary hike is the only motivation, then you can join.
