What is C3A Level at TCS and How much should I negotiate Salary for that Level?

I have recently been offered Architect/Tech Lead position at TCS. I did some research and found I might get C3A level. I will be working on AI ML Domain (Generative AI). How much salary Can I Negotiate for I am currently have 20 LPA salary (17 fixed). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Help in Salary Negotiation

Hi fishes, I have 3 yoe as Java, Spring Boot developer. I am serving notice period and current ctc is 7.92 LPA (6.48 fixed). I have an offer from Infosys 12 LPA (I guess 10.1 fixed) and today I'm gonna have a call with HR from DBS for offer negotiation. I am planning to ask for 15 Fixed. Please suggest me if I am asking for a reasonably fixed salary. Can I also ask for a joining bonus?? Kindly pen down any suggestions. #DBS #Infosys
