Percentage of hike for switching: 14L Accenture
How much percentage of hike can I ask for switching to Accenture as I have 7.3 years of experience for Data engineer role and 14.2 LPA fixed package. Can I ask for 60-70% of fixed hike which is around 22.5 L - 23.5 L fixed or even more ? Your suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Ask for 60% hike minimum. I recently had this discussion where they were offering minimum 60% on our current fixed pay.
Accenture offers 100%+ hike also.
My friend after 2 yoe got 100% hike. They even revised the offer after my friend got appraisal.
I recently interviewed with them, 5 yoe, they were offering 120% hike to me.
Don't settle for less, just say 'as per market standards '
I connected with them... They said for 5 yoe there budget in 15-16 lpa fixed
Just check which Band they are hiring you for!! Up to Band 8 the variable is 27%. So settle with them accordingly.
I prefer the take home amount. Let's say you get 80k take home currently from current company. Then ask for the 150k per month take home. Tell them you put variable on top of that.
Feedback on the final round of interview was good, Hoping to get 70-80% of hike.
What if HR won't agree and how should I negotiate or deal to get an expected hike?
How many days took to get the result after the technical round completion?
After 1st technical round they took one month to schedule the final round due to unavailability of panel, I reached out to know the result of final round after 2 days and was told that I have cleared so they will proceed with further process.
Don’t give then a %. Give them a number. Tell them why you are worthy of that number.
(Got 110% hike)
It's depends upon the roles and responsibilities, also if client is OK then ask for 100%, if not then ask as per the industry standards.
Yes you can ask but to better to ask around 20-21 once you got an offer then only you can negotiate with others company
