Salary : 3.44L I want to know how Accenture company is, how they treat their employees, how's the working environment in Accenture, Is it good job role. Any kind of information would be helpful regarding Accentures.

Hi folks, Currently I am Senior Consultant (JL5A) in Infosys. CTC 17.5 L. Tech stack: Salesforce. YOE 7 I have an offer from Accenture for Job level 9 (Tech consultant). CTC offered is 30% hike. I have good ratings, RSU and decent work life balance in Infosys. Is it worth it to switch? Is the role offered in Accenture good as per my current role?

Hello, I am planning on switching to Accenture from TCS. Could anyone already from Accenture lay out the pros and cons of working there as compared to TCS? Really need it to weigh my decision. Also, does Accenture mandate everyone to come to office too?
