Gym 4 days a week. 6-8 hrs of work + Leetcode daily + any one other productive item My recreation is music. Listening and playing, that happens in the last 2 hours of the day. It gets replaced with going out generally.

I also do a trade off between items daily, as per priority, so it sort of works out.

Anymore items and I breakdown and need a break. So avoiding burnout while being productive is a daily thing.

The one thing. Read this book 4 months ago, did wonders for me mentally.

Yes. Workout 4 days a week, side projects also 3-4 days a week, get 8 hours sleep. Combine hobbies and life/socialising to save time e.g. go out for shows/plays/live music with friends, go for a walk or baddy with friends, catch up with friends on the phone while walking to complete steps. Also go to gym really close by so no time wasted in commute. Anyway, have always found minding my carbs and limiting outside food as the key to good health way more than gym.

Also i keep my screen time to 2-3 hours a day. I obsessively monitor it every day. That really frees up my time in life. 😀

Nope, I just spent 9 to 10 hrs on work as it's wfh and then some time around 1 to 2 hrs on side project, 1 hr of exercise at home, 1 hr of walking and then some time on social media and then 6 hrs of sleep that's it🥲

BTW did you changed the job? Cz you changed title from founder's office to consultant.

When you frame the question like that, obviously not possible.

But if you see realistically,
I can go to the gym 5 days a week. I can work on side projects 4-5 days a week. I can work from 5 hours to 10 hours a day, depending on workload and also since hybrid has made hours flexible for me.

So, YES IT IS POSSIBLE.

You don't have to be a robot to do all of them each single day.
You just need to manage your daily flexible schedule- Sometimes less effort on one part, sometimes more effort on the other part.

People have been doing this long before COVID and hybrid. We at least have the luxury of hybrid work with flexible hours..

We are just not using the flexible hours wisely.

You know fitness is just not gym. It's eating clean too. Cooking is added task among all of this
