Folks, need your help in knowing how is the culture at Rippling for, Work Culture - WLB - Mutual Respect - Office timings - Your Peers with whom you will work - Perks and Benefits Product Culture - Are PMs responsible for Product Discovery or just do Project Management for Engineers - Are PMs given Ownership to make a decision impacting business - India PMs value to their counterpart US Managers - Learning culture for PMs I know though I have asked many questions, but would appreciate honest answers on this and accordingly will like to take my judgement for their offer in Bangalore office for Product Lead Role. I went through glassdoor, ambition box and others and only found poor reviews for them but couldn’t find reviews specific to product so your experience sharing these details would help.

Anyone working at Accenture? Can you give me your reviews on the below for a Consultant post (mostly related to HR and immigration): Work/employee culture Hikes/Raise % and what time of the year? How many leaves in a year Is it hybrid as of now or full work from office? Or Wfh? Work is 5 days a week or 6? Anything in addition to the above you would like me to know? Currently interviewing for the role of Senior ML Engineer at a Mumbai based startup called IDFy. Interviews were quite good, however I’m getting mixed reviews of IDFy via Glassdoor and ambitionbox. So thought of asking here.

Hey! Looking for a switch to a strategy/Partnership roles. The work culture is not very bad to the point I have stopped people from applying. I have 1 year of workex and have worked on 5 projects during my stint. Most of my projects were led by me with some support from senior consultant. Work included Impact Consulting project for a state government, DD for a Infra Conglomerate, financial modelling for 2 companies and one strategy and PMO piece. Ik the market is tough rn but any lead would be great!

I am in a discussion with joining a firm with 50-100 employees and they have their client as Outcomes (which has 1k+ employees). Now I am reaching out to people on LinkedIn not able to get complete ideas about work/pay or anything. So how would you checkout for review/salary ranges in such cases of joining a small firms? TIA

I have got two offers, One from MathCo (Data Analyst) Bang location, other is Accenture (ASE) Pune location. Salary wise almost same only mathco gives 20% you hike. Which to join? My current location is pune so savings wise Accenture is better option but roles wise mathco is giving data science role. So bit confused which path to choose?
