Appraisal letter
It is difficult for me to accept that our FY 24 appraisal letter will be released in the coming weeks, but here's the twist: only top performers will receive 12-15% (DP performance), while those in the below category will receive no significant increase in their current CTC.🙃 Please leave your feedback, as we have received our appraisal letter or not?😌
