Are all founders a$$hole-ly?
Many of them are egoistic, surrounded by yes men/women, want to be reminded of how great they are, being pursued at all times Have you met ones who aren't like this? Or atleast less?

Quality of a good founder is being an asshole when required. The world isn't kind to nice guys, they get taken advantage of.
Even customers need to be banned and occasionally put in their place. Many of them think it's their birthright to abuse and scam companies. Can't always be nice, especially not towards other assholes.
