Are indians inherently dirty ?
Today on my way to office saw someone threw a lays wrapper out on the street. That person was in an audi a6, surely this car is costly, hence that person is well off, still he doesnt have the common sense to dispose off the garbage responsibly.

"Builder " class people
It’s not a wealth or education problem, quite the opposite. It is the mentality that cleaning up after you is someone else’s job. Look at Japanese schools, all students clean up their own classrooms including wet and dry waste collectively everyday. We treat people whose job is to collect waste as subhuman. What outcome can you expect in such a society?
Beeing well off has nothing to do with civic sense and culture...unfortunately...

Reminds me, one time a man sitting in front of me in the metro decided to take off his shoes and socks. Man I'm telling you literally 7-8 people evacuated from that compartment it was that unbearable. Sad part is it was one of the fewer days that I had a seat and had to give it up :(
Basic senses are so missing here.
