Are the good days back?
Are companies hiring again in normal ways giving those buffed up packages as they were in the WFH days? Can someone who might have recently interviewed shed some light or someone who is tracking this?

Forget hiring, currently its like no hike, firing going on all around
Hiring is taking place for mostly 3+ yoe
But companies expectations are more from candidates
