Exactly, the payment should be based on the effort to do interview, irrespective of whether the candidate got hired or not.
The interviewer getting paid or not should not be contingent on whether they got a bad candidate to interview or not. This is bllsht.
Anyway I have a rule that never join a company which can't interview candidates on their own
I understand the concerns. We are still in the early stages of our operations, and it typically takes 4-5 interviews to fill a position. Currently, compensating for every interview would strain our budget, as we charge companies very little. However, as we streamline our processes, we plan to compensate folks for their time in each interview.
You can provide a small amount, like 1-2k for interview and once someone joins you can provide something like 10-20k.

As others also suggested. This is a complete wrong concept. You can give minimum of 1-2k per interview for their efforts to each interviewer irrespective of if the candidate gets hired or not.
You do realize that you are giving wrong incentives? Ideally u can pay 5k for an interview and another 5-10k once hire is successful,
