Nutritionist/coach.
I've realized that device and data everyone can give but if there is someone who can guide and push then only it can help. That is working for my dad's case with Sugarfit
My father is. Abott medicines like telplus, tribet, pantocid, avasta, strata etc
Buying 3000 inr medicine from Flipkart health+ regularly.
27% discount
Got it, most spends on medicines. Have you explored lifestyle spends like a health coach ?
Knowing my heredity, I'm trying hard to not become obese or diabetic. Let's see how long I can delay the curse.
Family history of diabetes and heart, and doctor parents.
My family switched from dosas to eggs in the morning, advanced dinner to 7pm and breakfast to 10 am. Reduced rice and added red meat. My father needs his morning tea but for better results opt for bullet coffee
Parents added few OTC vitamins such as Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Magnesium (esp for bone strength). Consult a physician before this.
Wishing you resilience and health!
1mg. Doctor should prescribe it, some clinical nutritionist might also be able to
