- Identify where our audience resides, in a nutshell which channels works the best
- Identify the audience which works the best by A/B test
- Identify which copy works the work best by A/B test
- Check on target --> projection --> implementation
- Improve workflows, systems targeting to lower the CPL, CAC, ROI
