Some countries finally realizing that employees are people too and they shouldn’t have to be glued to their screens answering each ping or mail all night.
But we don’t need to rejoice as India is not doing that.
Another though - Goes on to show how shitty the work culture is in there. Also, if you work in a company having a good culture, this law is not needed in first place.
