I have three offers in hand -
1. JPMorgan Chase - Bangalore 
2. Autodesk - Pune
3. IKEA - Bangalore 

All of them are offering almost same fixed salary, Ikea’s base is 2 lacs more than rest but RSUs in Autodesk is additional benefits of good amount(50k USD).

Which of them is better for growth, job security and benefits etc

I will get prorated variable in 1&2 but not in Ikea in 2025 due to my joining date being after the cutoff period

TC: 80LPA ( 68 fixed + 12 rsu ) 

How is the company culture and how is the company doing currently ?
Any specific benefits for the employees in India?
Is it safe to join the company if someone is looking for longterm stability, considering the layoffs they have done in the recent past and their stock not doing well?
