Anyone who is working in atlassian, do u recommend a fresher to join the company?
I have seen many people talking atlassian has good work life balance and CTC is also good. But it's glassdoor ratings are low compared to others. I am considering to apply for Entry Level position or P3 in Atlassian. Is it good to join there or should I consider looking for other companies?

I am currently an SDE3 working in Japan, in the past 6 months I have moved from SDE1 to 3. I am planning on moving back to India in the next year, can someone list their job roles as an SDE2 or SDE3. I personally think that there is a big gap of skills between the engineers working in these 2 countries (Indian engineers are better in terms of skills whereas Japanese are really organised). So I want to know where I lack so that I can prepare accordingly.

Hey everyone , I am currently working in a consulting company with most work being in sql in snowflake and databricks and python. I wanna switch to sde or data engineer role. Does anyone have experience how can I switch. It seems like analyst in profile is not good. I am already trying to do DSA again.

How to switch to sde role

Planning to start prepration for switching to other companies for SDE2, have around 3 yrs of experience now totally.
What should I focus on more?
I am pretty okay in DSA, but still will start from scratch. Any resources or roadmap that can help for SDE2 roles in companies like Microsoft, Google, Walmart or Atlassian, etc. 
Current compensation is 20lpa, looking for around 35lpa in switch.
Any resources or roadmap or your experience will be very helpful, thanks.
P.S. - Will be switching next year after appraisal, just gonna start preparing now.

I got hired at a startup for Backend engineer  Intern  but I switched to DevOps as an Intern there Now I don’t find the profile that Interesting maybe because DevOps is paid less money to be honest I feel like I should switch back to backend but it’s now 1 year from there today

Hi , can folks here guide steps /suggest how to get SDE role at entry role . I regret giving 2 yrs a career for the civil services exam. I graduated with BTech in  2021 . If I had only sat for college placements at my Tier 1 college, I wouldn't have been living with regrets. I have been doing projects in the MERN stack . I also have skills like Postgresql, Trpc and am familiar with using ORMs and type validators like Zod . Since I had no previous experience at internship or full time , no companies are shortlisting my profile .

Need Guidance for getting SDE role after 2 yrs gap

I have 3 yrs of experience after my graduation, 8 months of backend experience and  from past 2.4 months I am into  frontend project. 

Now I'm planning to switch trying to start preparation. I have ready with DSA rounds , coming with system design rounds I have a  confusion. Should I need to prepare for frontend or backend system design topics

If I joined in another company should i start my carrer as a sde2 or sde1. If i join for SDE2 position can i catch backend to team standard.

Hi everyone, I am currently working as SDE. I do my work very well and i receive accolades from manager and my team members as well. But whenever i discuss my growth ideas with manager, i always receive same feedback i.e. i need to know about the other peoples are working on which task and i need to provide feedback in design discussion call. I am bit confused. I know on very high level about the task but not very much context. And i always provides my pov in design discussion if i am aware of that particular thing. My of our team member's work doesn't overlap with each other. In that case for me it is very hard to share my pov as i don't have more context. Any suggestions how can i overcome two above problems.
