Average Privileged Founder
https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7155144061912240128/ Things can go downhill, that's understandable but reaching out to an investor of the said startup is basically the privileged folk trying to get even with the founder on fucking up. Thoughts?
Visa is always an issue. All these south Asian countries should be visa free atleast. We need to make more effort in this

Leaving aside the rant, Atlys does have a terrible product. Burnt my hands once with visa for Malaysia. Pathetic customer service and the only way to get response is by tweeting.

Thatād be, to keep it polite, a d@ck move. Would never do that leaving aside that fact that I myself am a struggling founder.

Anyone frustrated with a service and with a decent reach or audience on any platform will name and shame. If you put someone in a corner like this, bound to happen. If this was someone in media they would tag a journalist they know for example or maybe even a govt official in some cases. Be ready to face issues like this if you make promises such as 99% on time visa delivery for countries where its not hard to get one.
Also, in a business like travel visas, reliability will trump all else. Product, design, marketing will all go ignored if you dont have reliability. The reason we go to an agent is the same reason companies recruit from the same schools each year. The service and talent is reliable to get the job done.
