Average Salary for APM

I am interviewing for APM Roles. Do you guys have any idea of salary range of APM's in Blinkit and similar tech startups?

Hi guys, I have a year of experience as an APM, however, I feel my actual pay is way too low. Wanted to know what's the base salary an APM receives in the Fintech space.

Is 14.5L base good enough for an APM role with 1 YOE? The organisation has funding of $200M.

For someone with 2 years of APM experience building multiple 0 to 1 products and running independently, what is the salary(base + stocks + bonus)one can expect in PM1 role.

Have 2.5 yoe with 1 as APM, others in consulting and data. What should be the expected salary (Blr or remote or Delhi) as I feel like companies are lowballing me.

I'm currently working as a Product Analyst with a CTC of 30 and base pay 17. I'm interviewing for APM roles and was wondering what I can quote as my expectation given my YOE is 0.5 years.

I have an offer from a firm where they have mentioned that their current apm has a payscale of 8-9. Isn't that a bit too low? I saw a report by the product folks group where they collected 550 data points & found the avg salary to be around 16. Now, that is pretty high & im not sure whether they've collected the data from only big tech startups. My previous was 11(10+1) & i initially mentioned 13-14 which i dont think they'll agree on. Should i ask for 12 fixed & let them decide the rest? Kindly help.
