12 LPA for 2 years of experience at Bosch is decent. However, aiming for 15-18 LPA during a switch is reasonable. Always negotiate and consider market conditions.

So first thing first,  im a mobile app dev.  Ive worked on various tech : flutter,  android, some backend shit. I have apps on around 100k devices. 

I have a total exp around 2.2 yrs (including 7 months intern) 

I'm currently having a package of 3 lpa :(. How much should i expect?  And how do i get one? Hard to find connections though.

The reason of this ctc is Im from small city.

Well i do have offer of 6.5 lpa. Is it justifiable ? . Can u tell me how much should i expect from my next switch?

I have seen so much ads on fb and insta about powerbi course ads should i learn powerbi tool what ctc can i expect currently in t*s having 6yoe.i don't know  coding, not s developer ,Powerbi will be new for me what kind of work will be there, anyone working on this tool currently kindly tell how much you are earning

Hi guys. How much ctc can I expect for 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP during my first switch

CTC expectations .

I got an offer from Accenture. It says my Annual Fixed Compensation is 6.3 Lakhs.
Variable Bonus isn't mentioned clearly but ranges between 0-21%.

1. Can someone help me understand how much salary I'll get in hand in Accenture? What will be the annual CTC?
2. Also, is it a good time to join Accenture? I heard people talking about random layoffs and all.

My current CTC is 5LPA.
Also, at the end of the year my CTC in my current organization will be 6LPA.

I'm confused

Current CTC is 25lpa. 6yrs of experience started as data analyst then as business Analyst. Have been working as machine learning engg for past 2 years in series c funded product based company. My work is mostly related to model scaling, maintainability and reproducibility.

Do you think, is lower, on par or more than market rate.
