I got an offer for the product role at Medikabazaar. I am looking for some insights on the points below:

1) How is the product culture and learning curve?
2) Is it a product driven company?
3) How is the work culture?
4) I have heard they didn't give up a hike for 2 years. Is it true? 
5) How much compensation can they give for the PM role?

It would be really helpful if I can get your views on this.

I have a good working experience at product management side for almost more than 2 yrs. 
I have got the opportunity to write PRDs for bunch of modules at my current organisation.
I have spent more than 2 years now living in Bangalore.
I wanted to switch the job with the working location at Delhi-NCR.
Can anybody help me in getting referral for PM/APM roles at fintech/ financial services/ EV based companies.

PS: I have been doing very well in the current organisation as this year got promoted as well with some recognition on my work.
