Product manager at Medikabazaar

Hey Folks

I got an offer for the product role at Medikabazaar. I am looking for some insights on the points below:

How is the product culture and learning curve?
Is it a product driven company?
How is the work culture?
I have heard they didn't give up a hike for 2 years. Is it true?
How much compensation can they give for the PM role?

It would be really helpful if I can get your views on this.

I was interviewed there for 4 rounds and all of them went perfect technically. But the moment I mentioned that I was already serving my notice and was already applying in other places, the R4 guy got pissed, shamed me to "job shopping" and then I got ghosted. Not exactly raises the green flags about their culture.

There has been new leadership that has come in at the company on the tech and product side. They are trying to build a product culture but it is still at an early stage. If you are okay with building a product from the grounds up, you can give it a shot. Hikes have been negligible.

My preference was to go into Product driven organisation. Maybe not the right time to join in that case.

Also, the HR is giving an almost negligible hike on my current package which I think is lowballing.
