Banking Jobs work culture

Last week I visited to a private bank, there were almost 2-3 customers and 6-7 employee. Then suddenly manager came out to his chamber and start yelling to a female employee n was saying " tumhare vajah se aaj mujhko call karke 10- 10 hazaar ke liye bhikh mangna pad rha haiv, bhikhmange hai hum ? Sir ka call aayega abhi to kya bolunga, gaali denge mujhe , tum log ko to de nhi skta Mai" and nobody was responding. It's was really tight moment. That day I was thinking how someone works in that hectic environment.. really very high work pressure for just 20-25k rupees 🥲

Employees are not employees, they are slaves. If slaves don't work like a Donkey in todays world then they deserve to be abused. Sad but true.
