It was never 90L base pay in India as long as the offer is from Indian company paying in Rs.
But quite possible to get a remote offer from US/Europe startup for that pay

Sde2 don't have nearly that impact for companies to pay that much here

I agree, that makes sense. Now the US, UK, Europe remote jobs don't hire globally. They want people to be present in that country at least.
