I would suggest this strategy:
1. Get some genetic screening. It helps in understanding one's susceptibility to various diseases, micronutrient absorption etc(Check nura.in) or map my genome etc
2. Based on age, get some detailed screening every 2-3 years and then do yearly screening after 40yrs of age. ( nura.in has some pretty good screening package, they have home low dose CT etc)
3. Yearly or biyearly(40+) basic health checkups
CBC, kidney profile, liver function test, ultrasound, Echo, vitamins, thyroid sugar and a bunch of other. Standard packages(of any clinicn will do)
Also Blood pressure check should be done regularly. Get one monitor and use frequently at home.
Just be a bit aware of xRay ct etc as they have Ioninzing radiantion.
Nura looks pretty good to me(I am not affiliated in any way). They have low dose CT etc.
They have some partnership with Fujifilm. As fujifilm also have partner ship with qure.ai I have a bit more trust.
Most important, take actions.

And most importantly, don't ask/take seriously health related advice anywhere.
Talk to a doctor, REAL DOCTOR (MBBS). Not those psycho homeo, unani, ayurveda

Go to a Vet if possible, but not BAMS, BUMS, BHMS
Make sure to check your vitamin d.
Cholesterol / lipid profile, hba1c if you are visibly fat.
BP if you take stress too much.
Kidney, liver function test if you abuse alcohol too much.

Healthians/Thyrocare have some 100+ parameters test at ~2K. Covers almost everything you'd want to test for, except an ECG. Go for it.
